Spiced Granola Crunch

A sugar and guilt-free granola!

Ingredients
1 cup activated buckwheat kernels
1/2 cup contaminated-free or steel cut oats
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup coconut flakes, unsweetened

1/4 cup raw almonds, roughly chopped
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon vanilla
Pinch of Himalayan salt
Optional to sweeten with 1/2 tablespoon 100% pure maple syrup or 2 drops stevia

Method
Pre-heat oven to 200°C. Place a large baking tray in there with the coconut oil to melt. Once melted, place all ingredients onto the tray, mixing well. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring in between to avoid it burning. Allow it to cool and then store in a glass jar in the cupboard.

Sprinkle on top of your smoothies, chia pudding or yoghurt for a yummy crunch!
